To sign-up for a cell phone you simply create a thread labeled "You Character's Cell Phone". Please, don't use crazy symbols or different words. In the thread list your character's phone number, (525) ###-####, a voicemail message, and also list if your character's text messaging is enabled or disabled. You may also have a modest size picture of your character on the phone or a picture of your character's phone.
